How a drop works

1. Consent is on the contact

The server stores when they agreed, where, and the text they agreed to. No consent record, no dial.

2. Two calls, one voicemail

Call 1 holds the line. Call 2 hits voicemail. Call 1 hangs up after a per-carrier delay. A late cancel is flagged, not hidden.

3. The text follows delivery

A delivered drop can start one SMS or a sequence. STOP, quiet hours, DNC, and the daily cap still apply.

For Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor

The same actions exist as REST and as MCP tools. Bulk sends stay a dry run until a person confirms the token the tool returns. Point the client at /api/mcp with a bearer key.

VoiceDrop prices are what voicedrop.ai/pricing published (Budget through Scale). DropAgent does not include their voice-clone seats. Carrier fees are extra. Scale list price is $1,975 against their $1,995 Scale plan.

Compliance is a server check, not a checkbox in the UI

A consent timestamp, source, and the exact text are required before a drop or a marketing text.
STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT opt the number out of voicemail and SMS. STOPVM is voicemail only.
An internal DNC list blocks the number even if a contact row exists.
Quiet hours follow the contact's timezone. Default window is 08:00–21:00. Outside it, the job waits.
Daily caps and a dedupe window stop repeat drops. A kill switch pauses the org.
