• Cancel anytime from billing. There is no term contract.
• Unused plan credits roll over for 6 months.
• Unused pack credits roll over for 12 months.
• Failed drops are refunded in credits.

Cancel from the billing page. There is no separate cancellation form. Failed drops return credits to the same workspace; they are not a cash refund by themselves.
