See why a drop landed or did not.

Telnyx call-leg events are stored on the drop: answered, machine, voicemail detected, duration, and hangup cause. Each drop includes a plain-English deliveryReason. A brief ring is still reported when the carrier shows one.

GET /api/v1/campaigns/:id/analytics returns delivered and failed rates, failure reasons, replies, opt-outs, callbacks, and cost per callback. Add .csv to download the same report. The workspace page is at /app/analytics.

A campaign can point at a second audio file and a second SMS body. Contacts are split between the two variants and stay on that variant for retries.maxAttempts defaults to 1. Set it above 1, up to 5, to redeliver a failed or busy drop after retryDelaySeconds.
