Buy the number people call back.

Number purchase is on by default. It stays idle until TELNYX_API_KEY, TELNYX_CONNECTION_ID, and TELNYX_MESSAGING_PROFILE_ID are set. Set DROPAGENT_NUMBER_PURCHASE_ENABLED=0 to turn buying off. Search covers local US and Canada numbers and toll-free numbers. A purchase orders the number, assigns it to the Call Control app and the messaging profile, and charges credits. The default is 150 credits per number per month (DROPAGENT_NUMBER_MONTHLY_CREDITS). A workspace can hold 5 purchased numbers (DROPAGENT_NUMBER_LIMIT). A monthly job bills the next month. If credits are short, the number is suspended instead of released.

Set a forwarding phone on the number. Inbound calls are transferred there, counted on the campaign and contact, and emitted as callback.received. Campaigns can rotate across purchased numbers. Release returns the number to Telnyx.
