The internal do-not-call list and STOP opt-outs are unchanged. POST /api/v1/dnc/import accepts up to 5,000 numbers from a suppression file. Each consent record is appended to a log you can download per contact at /api/v1/contacts/:id/consent-log or the .csv variant.

Line-type lookup uses Telnyx Number Lookup and stays off until DROPAGENT_LINE_LOOKUP_ENABLED=1. It also needs TELNYX_API_KEY. Landlines are skipped before the send. Results are cached, so a repeat number does not call Telnyx again. This is not a national do-not-call registry scrub.
